Hi I’m Sally Samad.

I’m a Level 4 Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach. Previously I was Fitness Manager at Nuffield Health (RMS).

I train clients at my private gym in Rickmansworth on Chorleywood Road (opposite Royal Masonic School).

For my Personal Training, I offer a completely personalised, custom programme tailored to every individual. Whether it’s fat loss, building lean muscle, post-natal, Strength training, nutrition coaching or just general fitness, I’m here to help you transform yourself and your life, for the better. I also specialise in Low Back Pain Management.

I started life as a trained actress and singer before finally finding my passion in fitness. After training for years and achieving many personal fitness goals, I found my vocation as a Personal Trainer, and have subsequently become Fitness manager at Nuffield Health RMS.

I’m absolutely dedicated towards helping my clients achieve their goals and provide meticulously tailor made programmes for each individual client. We are all different and we need to acknowledge that to reach our best performance.

I love working with people and likes to have fun in the gym.  I work hard and play hard!

Quite simply, I want to help people be the healthiest and fittest they can be.

Achievements: I joined the gym early in 2019 to get fitter for a Tyrolean walking holiday in July. I’ve managed to lose 2 stone in weight and I feel so much better!

Goals: I am certainly fitter, but I want to feel stronger too! Sally my trainer has helped immensely in designing a programme to build my core strength using free weights. To my surprise, my workout is more fun and certainly aerobic!

Motivation: I suffer with Polymyalgia Rheumatica which gives me joint and muscle pain. This makes motivating myself to attend regularly a two edged sword – on the one hand it can be extremely uncomfortable to work out; but the work loosens me up and I feel so much better for it!
Also, after only a few weeks of my new programme I can see the results in the mirror. I don’t want to be a body builder but my physique is much improved.
